Return Conditions

Customer satisfaction is our first priority! If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, we will happily provide a credit note or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for Australian and New Zealand customers and 21 days for other countries.
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • You must contact us via enquiries@connieanne.com.au before returning the item to receive a RA number.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code.
  • For hygiene reasons, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send imagery of the item, order number and contact details to enquiries@connieanne.com.au. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution.

If at any stage Connie Anne assesses the return as unsuccessful the item will be returned to the customer.

How To Make A Return

Contact us to let us know what you would like to return, why and if you would like a credit note or exchange. We will then provide you with a RA number. Returns will not be accepted without an approved RA number.

  1. Fill out your RETURNS FORM. Please note that if the returns form is not correctly filled out, your return can take longer to be processed. Enclose the returns form in your return parcel. 
  2. Ensure the garment is in original condition with tags attached, not worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  3. Package up your item and returns form securely and send back within 14 days of dispatch using a traceable service. International orders needs to be returned to Connie Anne within 21 days of dispatch. Items are to be sent back to Connie Anne via registered post at the cost of the customer to the following:

Returned items must be received by Connie Anne within 5 business days of Connie Anne issuing the RA number.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for return items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels. Connie Anne cannot offer an exchange or credit note on lost parcels.

 

Credit Notes

Credit notes are valid up to 3 months from the issue date.

In store pick ups are available from our Wetherill Park boutique. Order before 10am to collect your order from 2pm daily. Please bring proof of purchase/order number to collect. Select "In Store Pick Up" at checkout. 

* Please note there may be slight delays with Australia Post deliveries. Please allow 1-2 additional days.

Order Cut-off Time

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 10am, it will be sent that afternoon.

Track My Order

You can track your order using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email.

If the driver attempts delivery and there is no one home to collect and sign for it, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a slip in your mailbox advising on which post office location they’ve taken it to. 



Extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can potentially affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our estimated time frame.

Connie Anne will not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit.

 

Authority To Leave

As Connie Anne do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit, none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended.
